Beginning the fall of 2007, each team that
participate in the Metro Sixers Fall League is
required to attend a (1) hour block of overview on the "Admission Process". The
goal
of the Educational Summit is to continue our mission of connecting good students
with
excellent educational and athletic programs in the greater Washington
metropolitan area.
To accomplish this goal, we have invited several of
the top coaches in the area to participate
as a guest speaker to share very important and vital information to those
parents interested
in sending their child to a private school. Our guest speakers will
address the following key
points for a student admission:
- Admission Test Dates
- Financial Aid Process
- Academic Requirements
- Interview Process
- Athletic Programs
- Social Activities
- Educational Curriculum
Each guest speaker will have 15
minutes to discuss the items listed above for their respective
school. After hearing from the guest speaker, you can make arrangements to
follow-up with
the school at a later date. The teams will rotate through four 15 minute
stations. Below is a
list of schools that will be in attendance for the different sessions.

- Sidwell Friends
- The Bullis School
- St John's College High School
